My accountability for Geescore involves the Database Management and designing of Geescore. I am working as a front-end designer, developer and also responsible for managing the database and functionality of a User Engagement script called “Message in-line”. Geescore comes with an innovative idea where a JobSeeker (candidate) or Job Poster (Hiring Manager) can communicate with each other in a very highly professional way i.e. “Scoring”. This idea is fully automated as well as dynamic. In other words User Engagement is followed.

Relationship Tool Admin (RTA or R Tool)

It is a tool which is as a backbone of Geescore and used as admin panel for Administration of Geescore.

In this tool Admin can also set areas which includes:-

Managing Geescore’s

a.) Users

b.) Job Alerts

c.) Get a Higher Score – Geescore ask JobSeeker to Fix errors in resume, submit missing data, add more data to resume etc.

d.) Notifications – Gescore sending Jobseeker message like instructions, comments etc.

e.) Soft Messaging – Geescore sending Jobseeker resume tips, interview tips etc.

f.) Last Mile – connect JobSeekers with high scoring to Jobposters (Hiring Managers)

Apart from that, Admin/Job Poster will use CRUD functions to manage that sections which are allowed to that particular

Database Management:-

As the name derived it is a system software for creating and managing databases. The DBMS provides users and programmers with a systematic way to create, retrieve, update and manage data.

It is essentially serves as an interface between the database and end users or application programs,

So, my responsibility is to take care of all above.

Designing (Font-end):-

A front–end developer links together the world of design and technology,

Front–end web development is the practice of converting data to graphical interface for user to view and interact with data through digital interaction using HTML, CSS and JavaScript.

The design is pre-defined, is provided and my job is to show it to the wold in a perfect way.
